The venue is exceptional and good budget. The pool area is nice too. Moreover, they have internet, it costs gbp 6 per 24 hours. Nothing too much trouble, recommend it.

The venue is budget, clean and the location is perfect really close to the beach and the old town. Lots of options, good food. Rooms with the bedroom, heating plus daily clean towels.

We really enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre. Everything was great, even so a few employees where not that friendly.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Puerto del Carmen. Everything was good, brilliant staff made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed non-smoking room with a fridge, a dining area and a seating area. There was a pleasant restaurant, supermarket and a mall next door.

Food provided for breakfast was cheap. Supermarkets and the shops were right next door. Also, playa chica beach was placed just 1 km from the hotel, suitable for us. The pool was heated and the views were glorious. Great experience, no complains at all.

Very very helpful staff, ideal location, comfy bed. I had a large bedroom. Lovely gardens on the territory. You could walk to a supermarket and the shops.

Very good value for money and location was picturesque. I enjoyed the Mexican-style building, welcoming room. Bars and restaurants were minutes from the place. Moreover, Old Town Harbour Marina was 15 minutes' walk away. Hotel was neat.
